Since Easter was our last holiday in the old house, we decided to stay home and just enjoy the day together. We opened Easter baskets, colored some eggs, had an egg hunt in the back yard & grilled up some yummy BBQ.
The boys loved helping dye eggs :) They were super cute! Jaxson actually wore his apron and Turner was all full of clapping and brotherly hugs. While they loved the pretty eggs, they were not adventureous enough to try they deviled eggs. Oh well, more for the grown ups...yummm!
The Easter egg hunt was very slow moving. As soon as the boys realized that the eggs held yummy snacks (pretzels, marshmallows, grahm crackers, 'beans' & cheezy bunnies) they had to open each one as they found them :)
Overall, it was a great day of celebration! Thank you Jesus for your amazing sacrifice. Our lives are daily influenced by the love & grace that you so freely give!
